The RISE’82 AWARD to an outstanding first year M.Arch student for session 2021 to 2022
is presented to
Ar. Shrishti Kumari
Ar. Shrishti is a postgraduate student at CCA, a GATE scholar and a registered architect. She belongs to Sunder
Nagar, Himachal Pradesh situated at the foothills of Himalayas. She pursued her bachelor’s degree in architecture
from Gateway College of Architecture and Design, Sonepat in 2020. She has interned with NBCC Engineering and
Consultancy Limited, New Delhi and handled several government residential projects. She was also a part of a research project on the flooring of India’s Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi.
For Shrishti, architecture is all about creating spaces that are inspiring and she aims at enhancing user experience.
In addition to all this achievement, she has an interest in dancing, cooking and exploring new places.
She obtained the highest marks (478 out of 600), a percentage of 79.66% in two combined subjects of
“Architectural Design Studio: Sustainable Design” and “Sustainable Built Environment and Architecture” in a class of 20 students.
The RISE’82 award is presented to Ar. Shrishti in the hope that she may be inspired to do even better in her future academic and professional career.

is presented to
Ar. Aiswarya
Ar. Aiswarya is a postgraduate student at CCA and a registered architect. She pursued her bachelor’s degree in architecture
from RRSA (VTU), Bangalore. After completing her Bachelor of Architecture, for two years she worked on a spectrum of projects including residential urban design, campus design, and retail interior design etc. in Bangalore and Kerala. She was also a part of a research project offered by CCA on the flooring of India’s Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi and has contributed a chapter to the second volume of the book -Interpreting Geometries, Flooring of Rashtrapati Bhavan..
Aiswarya boundlessly heeds to read and research the History, Culture and Urban Morphology and Human Behavioural Aspects in various Environments and to learn more about architectural writing and journalism.
